how come I cant login or post a new thread? cant find either on fourum

trying to post to surface thread using chrome.
cant find login or place to post new thread only new registration.
It this hiding in plain sight?

In the Windows Central home page, click or tap on the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the page. Just underneath that, you should see "Login or Sign up". You can click on "Log in" to log into your Windows Central account if you already have one. Once you're logged in (or have created a Windows Central account), you may post in any of the forums.
