Unable to install Windows Central app in Win 10

Hi, someone suffering a problem to install app in Win 10? I already owned app but want to install it in another device, but every time keeps saying "Try the download again. Something happened in our end". I am able to install other apps, even the windows central version for Windows 8. But this one having the issue
