I started it at Windows 10 forum quite sometime ago.
Got no response.
I figure it's more about WC data base or my computer.
I really really like to know where does the culprit lie.
This issue has been persistent.
Win 10 Pro version 1703
Default browser : IE 11 which I do browser cleanup regularly, i.e. delete temp files etc.
Many times after logging in, and selected a thread to read, I would get the "stop script" message at the bottom and the circle at the top never stopped spinning. ( Please see screenshot at the end).
This scenario happens mainly in Windows Central.
I wonder if it is my computer or it is WC issue.
