Skype is modifying some of my contacts, how can I undo that?

I have noticed that some of my contacts (those who have skype) now have the indicative of my own country "+57" and when I try to call, my operator says that I am dialing the wrong way. If I try to edit the contact, the "+57" doesn?t appear so there's no way to take it away unless I sign out from Skype, but I don't want to do it, I use it often.
Is there a way to remove that modification that Skype does without signing out?
