I want to host a meeting call where my contacts can just ring in and connect to the meeting, but although it says you can have 25 callers it's very problematic....
First caller rings, just connect...
Second rings, click 'add to group call'
Third rings...oops, no option to add so you have to hang them up, then click 'add contact the call' from the menu. This then rings them back, but they see a call from a group of names, they get confused and don't answer, then the try to ring again and the cycle starts!!
The group varies so it's no good creating a saved group.
There must be an easy way?
