There is nothing wrong with using app deployment.

There is something wrong with deploying cracked apps, especially when it comes to Live enabled titles, since it can lead to an account ban.

I'm sorry if you misunderstood, I have no intention in using cracked or modified Xap, The OP was is there any way to download wp8 Sdk without Windows 8. This thread has gone dreadfully off course...

I was referring to the app deployer! I wouldn't even use that, but I'm only using it because the official one only runs on windows 8. Let it go I never specifically said I would go to the website, and I was never going to...

Sending PMs makes it even more suspicious. If you're really not deploying cracked apps then there's no reason to PM.

I am in no way deploying the cracked apps. If anyone is unable to deploy xaps and I would suggest you to use xapdeployer 2.

this is may be because u r deploying xap which is published in the store.
they are encrypted (i read it somewhere around.)
i tried and got the same result for a previously published app which is no longer there on the store.
but, when i deployed time-me, it worked nicely.

Yes, should be able.
You can unlock your phone as developer mode.
But only 3 application limit for deployment.
