When I got my Verizon xv6700 almost a year ago, I loved everything about the phone except 1 thing. That is I could not use the WiFi without disabling the phone. I am not sure why Verizon decided to do this, but I suspect it was to entice you to use the EVDO network. Either way, the WiFi ability was one of the main reasons I chose the 6700. But I found a hack. This is a pretty simple hack really. This hack enables the WiFi to be used with the phone enabled. The hack is to change the registry key HKLM/Services/WirelessMgr/MutexFlag from a "1" to a "0". That's it!
