Currently Band 1 and Band 2 offer the most complete solution.

Fitbit products also play well with Windows Phone. But do some research if looking at the Surge model. It may still have issues connecting well with WP. All other models would seem to report 100% compatibility. Note that these are even more fitness/less notification than Band/2 until you get to Surge.

Outside of that... It's sort of dismal. You can fight with Pebble and get some notifications from it but loose out on the whole Pebble ecosphere and app scene. Bluetooth generic cheap watches littering eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Taobao and roadside trash bins are mostly Android, somewhat iOS and suspect for WP. You get what you pay for there, at any rate, I'm sure.
