    Twice, I've found myself unable to hang up from a call. I'm pretty sure that I know the pattern;
    1. While the call is still active, press the OK button to exit the phone screen - the phone is still active.
    2. Return to the phone screen - niether the "buttons" on the screen nor the red phone button will end the call.

    In both cases, I ended the call by going to the Wireless Manager and turning the phone off then on.

    Note that I haven't tried to repeat this and confirm the issue.

    Anyone else had the problem?

    yep, had it happen this weekend while on vacation. I will test again to try to reproduce the error

    I experience this error at least two to three times a week. VERY annoying. It mainly occurs when I'm using my BT earpiece. Can't recall it happening when I wasn't.

    whoa - I have NOT experienced that problem. Crazy. Jeffp and smitty - was it bluetooth related?

    I'm pretty sure that I wasn't using a Bluetooth device at the times this happened. The first time, I could only turn it off by pressing the reset. Since then (the total of three times that it's happened) I've found I can turn it off by going to the wireless manager screen and turning off just the phone, then turning it back on.

    I haven't noticed this but I've only had the phone a couple days and haven't made too many calls on it. I'll post is it does happen.
