Is there a fix for this crumby Tilt Camera?

Surely someone has done something to help out this camera. I don't know what the problem is, I do fine with a normal camera and even with my old Treo 700P. This the most disappointing thing about my transfer to the TILT. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Take the back off. Its usually very dirty. Try take a picture with and without the back, and see the difference.

I will try that but it's almost brand new. I will try that anyway. The issue seems to be motion.

I need to get an extended battery too. Will that back have any effect?

It seems to be a result of the two layers of glass - the lens and the window in the cover. Some people, unconcerned with warranty, have popped out the glass window, but that of course will let dust into your device. I guess with an extended battery and new cover you could pop out the glass window without affecting your warranty.
