My L920 is stuck on 9% downloading the new build...what should i do?

Leave it. Mine was stuck in on 40% for a while

I always use this internet ,and i also used it for the last updates ,but it is the first time it get stucked on x% !!

Stucked again on 9% for more than 18 hours

If you can't see any progress after an hour you can give up. No point in waiting any longer.
Flash back to 8.1 and upgrade from there.

I doubt that will solve your problem, but why not? Doesn't take long.

I found the update continued and when it finish i choose restart now but it gave me failed retry and it redownloads the update again !!
