1020 Charging Cover

I don't know if anyone is experiencing this issue, but my charging case is so unreliable. First, I bought one on Amazon, immediately noticed that I had to fiddle tremendously with it to activate the charge. I put up with it for a few months. Then I came back to the Amazon page just to see what kind of reviews it was getting. Sure enough, it was getting bad ones, and people were saying to buy one from the MS Store, so I did. I was a happy camper for about two months, but now it's happening again. Anyone know of a solution or alternate products?
