I don't think the article is very accurate. It appears to be more speculative in nature with no sources to back up their claims.

These random small news websites from India tend not to be very accurate. A lot of writers making up random stuff to meet their article quota.

I could have sworn that any 1020 successor rumors are now dead. MS' focus on a smaller device range seems to exclude the possibility of a niche device... especially one as specialized as imaging. I would not take any stock in the rumor.
