1520.3 and Artist Backgrounds and Album Artwork not working

Is there a known issue with gettting the artist and album artwork to show up in xbox music on the 1520.3, or is it just my phone? I thought it was because I put the songs on via usb rather than buying through xbox music, but I transferred them to my wife's icon and they worked as they should. I read somewhere about it being a region issue but my phone is set up for the US. Anyone else have this issue and if so how did you fix it?

From experience on my phone (with little Xbox Music usage) I found that album artwork is okay, but you need to be listening to the music from Xbox Music to get the lock screen background.

I could be wrong though since I don't use the app often.

Check if your music app is in the internal memory, if not, just move it and it should work!

This is a problem with the OS not your phone. Both production and dev preview. Had the same problem on my 1020 and now my 1520. You can get it to temporarily work by turning the feature off and on.

Tried all of that and no luck. Maybe it will be fixed with the next update. Should check the settings on my wife's Icon to see if it is any different from mine.
