2 in 1's HP Spectre 360 vs Lenovo Yoga 720?

For a college student needing a 2 in 1, which is the best overall--for cost (including active pen, adaptors, etc), usability, portability, fan noise and heat, and needed accessories? She will use the active pen/windows Ink feature.

Yoga 720 13'' has terrible fan noise. Even just opening Firefox will generate significant fan noise.
Not usable in a university lecture hall.
