?230 920 vs ?530 1020

here in the uk the 920 can be had simfree and brand new for ?230 whilst the 1020 is priced around the ?530 mark. the 1020 price does not seem to be dropping too fast either. so is the 1020 really worth the extra ?300? what are the standout features that justify ?300 more?
