I have been running my 32bit CAD on a MacBook with Parallels and Windows 10 for a long time with rather acceptable performance.
After crashing my MacBook I got myself a new one, latest version with M1 processor, identical memory setup. This forced me to install Windows 11 with the latest Parallels version. Which runs flawlessly. The CAD however became unbearably slow.
Meanwhile I spent hours trying out different memory allocation preferences up and down with no success. It appears to me that the issue is how Windows 11 is handling the 32bit program.
Any suggestions where I should look for to speed up the program again?
