3G isn't working

3G isn't working on this new lumia 620...
3G appears to be turned on in 'mobile network'.
I have a little H in the corner of my screen - but still nothing; can't get my e-mail, can't google.


Help required.

H = High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) is an enhanced 3G (third generation) mobile telephony communications protocol. Maybe its defect of your device? All of lumia phones does not shine of quality..

try doing a factory reset. I just bought one yesterday and wasn't able to go online nor register a Microsoft account or email etc.kept getting a FFFFFE70 error.

But yeah, a factory reset fixed it.
