4castr version 1.9 brings hourly forecast, new radar sources, and much more

Popular weather app 4castr has received another sizable update, bumping it up to version 1.9 with several new changes. Included in the update are two new radar sources, a new hourly forecast that includes the temperature, wind, and chance of precipitation graphs, and more.
