Are you sure? Do your settings show 4G or are you basing this on the H/H+ in your status bar?

Nope it shows 4g and the speed is also fast so it's 4g 100%.

No it's for real. 4g.

ATT's site says it has 4G HSPA+ support under the hood, so you are getting H+ speeds, marketed as 4G here. (AKA fauxG, 3.5G)
It's not LTE, but its still no slouch.
