I always heard about this photo sharing community called 500px and today I decided to check it out 100%. Wow, this is TRULY what I am looking for as a photography fan. I like that you can't upload from your phone (not even iPhone), this will ensure the photos don't lose quality when uploading and also keep it a more serious community. Anyone else using this site? 480px on WP8 is a great addition to the site.

This is honestly the first I've heard of it. I'm a hobbyist/semi-pro photographer myself, and I think that this site has a lot of promise for me. :D Thanks, OP!

Do you have a profile on 500px? Maybe I could take a look at some of your uploads? :D

Since I'm using EyeEm at the same time where I upload everything there, I will only use 500px to upload my absolute best shots. They have 3 different "subscriptions", Free where you can upload 10 pictures a week and Plus where you have unlimited and Awesome where you also have unlimited with alot of different features on the site.
