and I want to ask if is there a way
to play games like Fifa and Modern Combat ?

If you had done even a quick 20 second search, you would dug up plenty of other people talking about it.

For all intents and purposes, if they aren't available to you, No.
Technically, I believe it was done before, but I do not think it is still possible. I could be wrong.

Best, easiest, and a surefire way is to pick up a 1+ GB phone like a 525, 920, used, new, whatever.
