635 update

How do I get WP 8.1.1 final version (or at least denim) on an att Lumia 635? I've heard that it's tedious. (future reference: On dev preview.)

The official update has not started rolling out yet. However you can get it on your phone by "Preview for developers" (hint: you don't have to be a real dev). First sign up here

Sign into the app using the account you just created and you're good to go.

Careful now. You had trouble but it seems most people here (including me) do not seem to have any problems with it.

You didn't read the post, did you? I'm on dp.

You didn't say you were on DP and I did state that it hasn't been officially released. What you have on your 635 IS the latest version (unless you haven't installed some updates). The only phones with Denim are those it comes pre-installed on. Waiting for your carrier to release an update is hardly a tedious process. They release the update, you download and install. That's it.
