640 xl ATT price drop

Just got a 640 xl at a ATT store for $99 new. I have been using a 640, got the xl mainly for the camera upgrade.

Did it come from AT&T with Windows 10 already installed?

I have AT&T Lumia 640 XL LTE (purchased from Microsoft Store), and the Update Advisor app says:

"Good news! Your phone is eligible for upgrade to Window 10. We are working with your mobile operator and phone manufacturer to make the upgrade available for your phone and you'll see a notification when it is ready."

While Windows Phone 8.1 works great on this phone, the Bank of America app is available for Windows 10 Mobile, but not Windows Phone 8.1.
This is true for a couple of other apps I would like to use also.

It came with 8.1 denim. Used windows insider and updated to14393.221. Update went smooth.

I see it's available on Amazon for the same $99. I bought mine a few months ago for $150 on E-bay and have no regrets. I'm with AT&T and upgraded to 10 through the upgrade adviser and am loving it.

The price drop actually went into effect on Friday. My wife's old 1520 and temp 640 finally went kaputski. We had to make a mini mission drive to the AT&T store 30 minutes away to get it. We got the last one in white. Also didn't hurt that the INCIPIO case for it was 50% off as well. Yes it came with 8.1 Denim but goind to the Insider Preview and got it upto the 221 update. Phone works great so far.

If you buy it up front, within 2-3 days you can request an unlock code if I'm not mistaken
