First of all let me say, im thrilled to finally have a snapchat app on WP8. My only problem is it doesnt have notifications. Anyone else have this issue or do i have something turned off?

There's a setting for notifications every 30 minutes (windows phone limitation). It's under settings > swipe across to background agent > tick 'activate background agent' and 'activate notifications every 30 minutes'. Make sure you don't disable 6snap in background tasks otherwise it won't work

i don't have notification problem sometimes i am not able to download some snaps and i am not able to download video any one have this problem??

How can it be an OS limitation? So they cant do something like whatsapp that sends you notifications everytime u receive a snap? Cuz this 30 min thing is annoying!
