is anyone experiencing any problems with the notifications for facebook and anything like that?? i really want windows 10 to win me over but am just not feeling it cmon microsoft sqaush these bugs and get a final rolling out!!!

I'm not experiencing those issues with that build in my W10M. Have you reported this in the Windows Feedback app?

yes ive reported it and also the quiet hours button dont work and that's after a factory reset!
