Well I've been using an 820 with cyan(8.1) on it for a year now, and im looking a new phone with proper budget, well I don't know much about the 730 though so can someone brief me on this? And is it worth the change.. For the budget?

To me its definitely worth the change. The 730 has a better, higher resolution screen. It's SD 400 has features the 820 doesn't support like sensor core. It has better battery life. It's screen is bigger and its lighter. I would switch if this was my case.

The 820 has a better primary camera and a more powerful (albeit older) processor than the 730. Other than these two factors, the 730 is one helluva upgrade. Bigger screen, better resolution (and hence better ppi), a more powerful battery and what not.

I moved to a 735 from an 820. Screen is better albeit no glance. Performance is better. Real life usage for me has revealed less resuming, loading when switching between apps. I don't game much but have not noticed any real improvement in loading times for graphic heavy games. FFC is excellent, rear camera is also very good but beware no camera button. Battery life is phenomenal. With the same usage I get over 2 days from my 735 compared to around 16 hours with my 820. It's also a lot lighter. In summary my experience has been a lighter, snappier phone with a far better screen and enhanced features (sensorcore etc) all for ?149. Stunning value. No regrets at all about moving on.
