My Lumia 1520 still has not been updated to 8.1. i am not quite sure why! :amaze: is it available for the middle east or not yet?!

If you want to have the WP8.1 update now, you can sign up for Preview for Developers which will allow you to update your phone.
Be warned though, some issues may occur after the update since it's not yet official. I'm using a Lumia 1520 RM-937, and I had no problems after the update.
