8S will never be able to play Halo: Spartan Assault

now that Halo works with 512mb devices, the 8S must be the only phone that cannot play this game. 700+mb download, 1.2gb when installed, but needs over 3gb of free storage to install. crazy

Unfortunately, buying a phone with little memory will do that. It is a phone with a great design (I really love it), but HTC cheaped out in the wrong spot.

yeah, I didn't hold much hope. I just thought I would let people know that it will not install. I don't mind too much as I have it on Windows 8, and the HTC 8S I have is not my main phone and was actually free, so I don't moan about!

But a side note just shows some annoyances with windows phone. If the download is 700mb and it installs at 1.2gb, then why do we need 3gb space? if it was only 1.2gb then it would probably install. Also, most of these low storage phones have a memory card slot, there is no reason not to use the memory card for application assets. surely the whole app doesn't need to be on internal memory. if only Microsoft could use their brain
