920 freezing when not in use - help please

Just a question - since someone here always seems to know

My 920 keeps freezing when it is asleep - I will press the middle button to view my lock screen and it is black - i have to do a soft reset to get it to come back on.

I have already sent it back through Rogers (I'm in Canada) and they said nothing is wrong. I got it back Friday and it has already frozen 3 times

any tips?

This happens to me when I have the phone on wireless charging. I started to put it in "flight mode" during charging, and after that I have no experienced any freeze.

I had mine freeze yesterday when it was in flight mode
