920 upgrade loses features

after upgrading my Lumia 920 to Cyan and WP8.1 the bing search screen lost QR scan and the picture on the screen will not change daily as before even on WiFi

I do not seem to have Bing vision under camera lenses either

My 920 was purchased in Dubai. no Cortana here yet.

Interesting that you don't have Bing Vision in your Lenses. I still have mine in my 920.
