Sometimes they have it 1-2 days early. I am an iPhone 5 user, but I'm gonna do the switch. I will head out to my local AT&T store before I go to work.

Should be already preloaded if not a simple system update will do.

Yes, has amber update, and I received mine from ATT a week ago!
