930 on Win10 10586.11 - Turning phone off via button results in some tone played. What is that?

Sometimes when I turn off my 930 by hitting the on/off button briefly, I hear a melody tone played. Not always, but sometimes. I can not seem to detect why this tone is playing. It is not Cortana. Anyone else have this and can explain what it is?
