950 or wait for surface phone.?

I'm just confused. Should I go with L950 or wait for MICROSOFT'S next flagship (surface/panos phone). I'm little concerned about design.

Design is a personal preference.

There are some questions that would make your decision a little easier:
1) How's your phone right now? Can it handle another year of use, or is it on its last legs?
2) Would you be okay with possibly waiting for a year and then realize that you didn't really like the design after all?

Also, there's no harm with getting the 950 now and trying it out, and then possibly selling it to buy the next flagship. Question one is really the most important question though...

To me it always boils down to money, as such high-end one seem to cost a substantial amount and can't get a Lumia on a decent contract, unlike other phones..

If you are able to recover some of the cost of the 950, to spend towards a surface/panos phone, just get a 950 and when the phone comes out, you can decide whether it's worth changing the 950 for the newer kid on the block.

If the cost at this time is more than you bargained for, wait for the next one when it comes out. If at that time you don't like it, the 950s price will be a bargain.
