A 1520 successor with Intel Atom Z3580?

Imagine if MS released a 1520 successor with the Z3580 variant found in Zenfone 2 and 4gb RAM.
Then won't it technically be capable of running most PC apps?

I honestly believe there is a good chance that MS will release a Windows 10 Phablet using the Cherry Trail SoC.

I hope they do take such a risk. MS really needs a phablet that can stand out and appeal to business users at the moment and I believe using a Cherry trail in it will only help with that.
