A child can get classic search with Bing Vision but Cortana is forced on adults..WTH?

This is just beyond wrong. I installed a child account on the 8.1 beta device I'm using. Child doesn't have access to Cortana so they present the good ole tried and true search functionality WITH BING VISION. An adult account gets Cortana. Why aren't we allowed to switch between the two?

Turn off location and click the search button. Problem solved.
