Out of those games just the EA titles are timed exclusive to Nokia correct?

Yes it'll probably be a short exclusivity timescale similar towhat ilomilo had on AT&T I would have thought Ba11ers.

Not a 100% sure of the timescale, but it is limited, all WP users will be getting those games.
