I propose the following: every time someone says that WP8 does not have Instagram posting capabilities, punch them, and then show them 6tag or Hipstamatic Oggl.

That's a little violent don't you think? Also people say it doesn't have Instagram, which is true.

Again, when it comes to apps it's all about image. When you have two other platforms that get both the 3rd party and the original and your platform doesn't it's not a good image. This needs to be fixed. Punching people won't change that.

Only as a comedy sketch or something. I don't think it's all that amusing and probably not the best PR.

I can see the scene though, thanks... two guys sitting on a bench. Guy glances over and notices the guy has a WP. Opens his mouth - "Hey that's a WP you can't use Ist.." PUNCH. Guy with WP, "As a matter of fact I can use Instagram!"

I dont think if someones asking for something right, punching them is justifying at all. Official app is official after all.

Yeah I know it's too violent, and I meant it as a comedic statement, but still is incredibly infuriating every time "cannot use Instagram" is put as a Cons on a review of WP8 phone, as an user of iOS, Android and WP8 I can honestly say I consider 6tag BETTER than the first party Instagram client for iPhone or any of the many Android phones, not to mention that the Lumia 920/925/928/1020 cameras are (arguably) better than any Android or iPhone cameras.

Doesn't matter how good the camera is, Istagram kills the picture anyway.

As for the 3rd party apps being better. It's probably true (I don't know I don't use Instagram) but it's about IMAGE. Having the Instagram app or whatever else app is what's important. People don't care about 3rd party apps, only after they find the other one crap or hear they're better.

MS needs to sort this nonsense out.

Instead of throwing punches, I would showed how wonderful 6tag feels and the way it looks. I love 6tag even more, I now deleted the app off my ipad.
