What operating system are you running? Seems like some of your system files have gotten corrupted. Please refer to your computer manufacturer's website to restore your system to factory default. (This probably will erase all of your files, so, if you're computer savvy enough to boot your computer from a Linux Live CD / DVD / USB stick, you can copy the out before that. If not, ask a friend to assist you.)
