Ability of backup application?

Is there a way to backup an applications so I can install it rapidly after factory reset?

Unfortunately no. Restoring from a backup is the quickest way to get your apps back.

You can find backup settings in the settings app.

If you hard reset the phone and go through the setup process again, as long as you log into the same account you'll be prompted to choose whether to restore from a backup or start fresh.
