About Cyan-It's not always the carriers

O2 and Three UK have absolved themselves of all responsibility regarding the Lumia Cyan update. They've both tested it for ALL their devices and approved it. Microsoft is the one holding back. O2 in particular is pushing for a release next week and plans to meet with Nokia to discuss this. There's also gonna be a quick update for the 930 and 63x devices for visual voicemail. This might be the case in other countries so don't be so quick to blame Verizon /AT&T/blahblah.
