I could not say "why" you are getting this message. I cannot replicate it with my normal means of viewing the blog and forum.
Some of your particulars might help a diagnosis.
What Device? OS and Version? Browser? What Browser and Version? App? What App and Version? Do you have any Ad Blockers, Hosts Files, Tracking Blockers that might be interfering?
Have you tried alternate browsers or apps? Tried disabling ad blockers, etc for that page?
Are you having this issue with any other pages on WC blog or forum?
Any issue with other MoNa sites?
Do you use a Proxy or VPN? Which?
The devil, quite often, is in the details.
