Accessory Notifications Microsoft Health

Just opened MS Health. Running latest insider preview and it tells me I have to enable accessory notifications on the settings app. There is a setting called this if you search but it doesn't have any options. Unable to get notifications for phone functions like texts. Anybody else having this?

Yes, same behavior on my Icon. And my Band 2 not getting any notifications...
