Accidentally pulled off a small black tape at the speaker area: is this something bad?

I have recently bought Nokia Lumia 830 and while I tried to insert my SIM; I accidentally pilled off a small black tape at the speaker area which was covered on a thin metal. I am now much worried and want to know is it any harmful for the device. please let me know the best solutions. Thanks Miraz

Thanks for your reply. But I want to know specifically what is it (what is the function of this black plastic tape) and whether it is replaceable from Nokia Care.
