Account errors

I just got a Lumia 830 to replace my aging 920. Well... The dang Microsoft account, twitter and linkedin account will not sync. I get the "not up to date" under them, and then if I click say on my Microsoft account it states "we can't sync right now. But you may be able to find more information about this error code at www.windowsphone.com"

then it gives error code 80070490

I have done a hard reset on the phone to bring it back to factory settings, that did not fix the issue.
I have double checked my time and date on the phone as well.
I have gone and accepted the new TOS for xbox.
and all my Microsoft account info is correct and filled in.


anyone got some ideas?

Update, Did another refresh with using no backup, and well.. Its still doing it.

I know this isn't helpful but it sounds like you have done everything I would have done, maybe its a sever problem? If no one can help in here very quickly I would go to twitter and tweet @nokiahelps or even @winphonesupport. Sorry I cant help!

Is the Microsoft account server set to m.hotmail.com ???
