Action Center does not work properly.

This is a personal issue with my phone, not just "I can fix Action Center with these cool features." I have a lot of apps like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Which should all be in Action Center settings, but they aren't. Only Phone, Wifi, Messaging, and Store are. Any suggestions to fix this.

If you have notifications enabled in Facebook settings , as soon as you receive a new notification from Facebook , whatsapp or any other app they will appear in action centre settings.

You must first receive a notification from an application in order for it to show up in the action center settings.
