Added Sign In PIN code.

I added a PIN code to a Windows 10 computer. Now the autofill options do not work when wanting to sign to web pages that require user name and password.

How can this be fixed?

Disable "Use windows hello when filling passwords" in your Browser's Password Manager settings, though that might only work in Chrome. If you're using Edge, you might find the details here helpful.
