Adding contacts with Windows 8.1

My Nokia Lumia 520 recently updated to Windows 8.1 and I can't figure out how to add people to my contacts. Does anyone else have this problem?

In the People hub, look at the bottom app bar. Tap the + icon.

Now, add details and finish the process, and voila! You have a contact!
