Adjusting Volume on one side Nokia Lumia 1020

Hello I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 but, I have some hearing problems in my right ear. On my iphone I adjust it in accessibility options to be slightly louder in the right speaker so I can hear the music balanced. I cannot seem to find this in Windows Phone.

Is this possible or is their an app to do so?
