Administrator account

I have been given a hp TouchSmart 310-1025a its been set up with an administrator account that I cant find no matter what I try,I just need to find this account so I can log in, i cant do anything not even install simple updates because I'm not logged in as the admin, I cant even get into resource manager, nor even install my printer, does anyone know how to get this account to show so I can log in.
